The holidays are upon us. How are you planning to spend this precious and memorable time?

It is easy to get caught up in the excitement of the holidays, with the increase in social engagements, gift buying and cooking. However, you always have a choice of how you enjoy this special time of year.

The holiday season can quickly become very hectic, with activities and social events crowding an already busy schedule.
