and life coaching, I realized that I have a unique process for helping women through the frequently troubling midlife passage. After making my way through my own difficult midlife transition, I felt compelled to help women by not just personally guiding them, but to create a book that would assist women in navigating their midlife transition so they can live their greatest expression—their soul’s purpose.

~What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?

In addition to my private one-on-one coaching for women wanting personal guidance for their midlife transition, I now have an international bestselling book, Midlife Rebirth: Awaken to the Wise Woman You Were Born to Be, that can support many more women than I can individually assist.

~What are 1-3 tips you can give our reader today to help them step forward in their life powerfully?

1. Learn to recognize the voice of your soul’s guidance

2. Recognize that following your soul’s calling can terrify your ego; be gentle and compassionate with yourself

3. Be patient with your transformation process; your unfoldment happens in your soul’s time, not your ego’s.

~Will you share a client success story?

My client was stuck in a demanding job that drained her energy and kept her from spending the time with her family she deeply desired. Yet she was terrified of quitting. We started by carving out daily space for a morning breathing practice to help her tune into her soul’s guidance. From that simple start, she made gradual steps, facing each fear, towards creating what she needed to quit her job and offer consulting services. Almost before she quit, she gained a client! This affirmed her direction and comforted her fears. Now she works at home with clients who appreciate her talents and has plenty of time for herself and her family.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

Trust that your soul knows the way even when your ego doesn’t.
