2. Hormone replenishment helps you feel better as you get older, but it’s not the whole story

3. Keep learning (and question what you read on the internet)

~Will you share a client success story?

Evelyn came to see me in her 50’s – she felt exhausted, had 40 pounds to lose, and was frustrated that what she used to do to feel better and lose weight just wasn’t working anymore. After doing a thorough evaluation, we started replenishing the hormones she was low in (using bioidentical hormones) and started her on a food program that nourished her while allowing her body to burn the excess weight she was carrying around. A few months into this personalized program, Evelyn had lost weight, was sleeping better, and was getting back to feeling great. Now, three years later, she has maintained her weight loss (46 pounds total), goes on walks every day with her husband, and feels fantastic.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?
