~What are 1-3 tips you can give our reader today to help them step forward in their life powerfully?

1. Step into Action. Do something Now that will move you towards your goal. Don’t wait until you’re ready. Don’t wait for the perfect you, the perfect space, the website, the perfect product…. You will learn so much more by taking action now because you will evolve quicker.

2. Be willing to step outside your comfort zone now and make mistakes. Don’t worry about failing. Know that you are learning, growing, and can adjust, making the next things/process/service much better!

3. Continue to Practice. Things will get easier the more you practice.

~Will you share a client success story?

I have two that I can share:

1. I helped a client get a 25% salary increase after being hired permanently from a temporary assignment. The client felt the company would not give any increases after making the permanent employment offer. I shared and practiced interview tips with the client to prepare stories of projects accomplished as a temp, and skills the client was bringing forward to help the company. Not only did the client get a salary increase, but also $15K/year towards tuition reimbursement for a graduate degree program.

2. I helped a small business (contractor) increase visibility of the good reputation they already had. The business does not invest in marketing. I supported by helping them establish a portfolio of projects for clients to see, and testimonial accounts in Yelp and Angie’s List. They are successfully busy. 95% of their clients are by referral/word of mouth.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

1. Add to your routine, a daily morning meditation and incorporate gratitude.

2. Towards the end of your meditation, ask yourself simple questions:

- What is the ideal self I can be today?

- What emotions do I want to live by? (especially when my energy drops?)

- What behaviors do I want to demonstrate today?

3. Reprogram your brain to practice the emotions and behaviors you want to project and demonstrate today. Reprogramming the brain requires practice & awareness

~Any final thought, share, or idea that you would like to share with our readers today?

Do you have a calling for something more?

Do you feel like you were made for more?

What steps are you taking now towards your calling?

Sometimes one must step into that uncomfortable zone, or ask for help, look for resources, or gain clarity.

Start now, reach out to a mentor, a coach, and/or a community for support.

Start doing the homework, you must do the middle work first. The middle work consists of adjusting and practicing in order to get better and get to your goal. Don’t give up. Keep reminding and imagining what that place looks like and feels like. When you get there say, Yes, this is it!!
