1. Keep a journal - Develop your own personal writing practice and have regular

conversations with yourself on paper.

2. Follow your dreams. I believe it’s important to have goose bump dreams (a week in Paris by yourself) as well as little indulgent whispers (take a cup of tea outside for a 15-minute break) to live a life unleashed.

3. Life is one thing after another. Never doubt the power of synchronicity and embrace the power of all the life experiences that have brought you to exactly this moment in time the wisdom you have accumulated to cope with what you are asked to face at any given time.

~Will you share a client success story?

One of my favorite parts of my business is helping your uncover the part of your story that you have overlooked. Usually, it’s because you think it’s just your story and you think who would want to know about that? One of my clients was redoing her bio and I had her tell me about her first job. She started talking about the office work and I stopped her. No, tell me about the first time someone paid you. Okay. She said she babysat. Doesn’t everyone? I asked for more details. She was 10-years-old. And she convinced her next-door-neighbor to let her take care of the woman’s newborn! One of the reasons she was so successful convincing those parents to hire her was because she grew up with a younger brother who had Down Syndrome. It’s no wonder she excelled in the Sales industry, when she exuded confidence from such a young age. Up until our interview, however, she had never made the connection between her family dynamic and how she approached all of life’s challenges. Using it as part of her bio, helped to shine a strong sense of humanity and give potential clients a glimpse into her as a whole person and not just a capable professional.

Take time every day to capture your thoughts, hopes and dreams on paper. Keeping a journal is a vital tool that empowers you to rewrite your story no matter where you are in life by acknowledging where you are right now and how you will chart a course for the future.

~Any final thought, share, or idea that you would like to share with our readers today?

Always remember that your story matters and no one can tell your story from your perspective except you! Life is too short to wait for someone else to give you permission to be inspired by the wisdom of your life experiences, to have compassion for your struggles and to recognize that the divine grace of your choices and challenges have made you the amazing person you are today.
