I am blessed to reap ongoing success from school year to school year. Watching students acquire skills that they never thought possible is priceless. Watching a fixed mindset of “I can’t” transform into a growth mindset of “I can” is worth its weight in gold.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

From the time I was a little girl I remember

working very hard at trying not to fail. I wanted to do everything right, and very well, all the time. The hardest lesson for me was failure. The greatest lesson was that I never should have been afraid to fail, as that was the path to success.
