~Describe something our readers today can look forward to discovering in your book, 52 Thoughts about Thoughts: Reflections & Considerations for Life’s Journey:

There are multiple depths of meaning in situations. Talking about the reflections presented in the book with friends and family can bring forth ways of understanding not heretofore thought of. And if those discussions and thoughts evoke smiles and laughter, so much the better! I am hopeful that my reader will laugh, learn, ponder, question, and reflect on her journey as she reads. There are no right and wrong answers, merely thoughts about thoughts for you to think about!

It’s amazing how one’s view of the world can expand when we think about things from a different perspective. Readers are encourged to dive right in! You can either start at page one and read through in order, or choose reflections at random, allowing the universe to lead you to the reflection you could most benefit from in that moment.

~What will make this book a success?

If a reader says, “I’ll have to think about this some more;” or if a reader says, “I’ve never thought about it like that before;” or if after conversation with friends a reader says, “I disagree with your opinion, but I want to understand why you hold that opinion;” or “I want to explore this topic some more” . . . then, in my opinion that is a success!!

~What tips or pieces of advice can you share with our readers today to empower them to SHINE?

Meet one of our authors, Audrey Alexander! Audrey Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Philosophy and embraces panentheism as a way to experience life. Her purpose in writing this book is to invite thought and initiate conversation. In her words: "Each reflection offers my thoughts on a quote; after reading my thoughts, notice what your thoughts are about my thoughts. Then go deeper and think about whyyou agree or disagree. What values do you hold that my thoughts either affirm or rub against?"
