your journal into a book.

Remember these people who are no longer with us are still watching over us and waiting for you to talk to them. When you do so, you may get answers in many ways. You may hear a favorite song of theirs or find a coin where you know there wasn’t one there before (Pennies from Heaven). Feathers are another sign they are around. You may read a newspaper article and the exact thing you were asking about will be in the article. Your loved ones want you to know they are still around guiding you to step forward and SHINE, just as they did when they were here.

I love the holidays, but sometimes even the fun constant activities can become overwhelming for me too.  I have overcome yearlong stress by using my own Nine-Step Turquoise Support System to turn my life around and feel much better.  Not only do I have more confidence now, but I’m also more successful than I’ve ever been.

Although turquoise isn’t a general color for the season, I recommend you incorporate it into something daily. Turquoise is a calming and supportive color to help you through stress. In color psychology, turquoise controls and heals the emotions creating emotional balance and stability.  When you feel the stress become overwhelming, put on a turquoise shirt, or jewelry. Find a centerpiece that you can put in front of you during stressful times. Allow the color to do its job and keep your mood up and enjoying the season and daily life.

However you spend your holidays, do it with fun in mind and the stress that sometimes

affects you will not exist because you put the intention on enjoying the season. SHINE through the eyes of others

and set an

example so they

can enjoy their

holidays

and coming

year too.
