* Eat the rainbow.

* Breathe

* Don’t drink too much.  

* No drugs

* Don’t overeat.  Eat to 80% full.

* Eat healthy snacks so that you don’t get too hungry and make poor diet choices

* If you get “overpeopled” carve out time for yourself  

8.     Honor Loved Ones You Have Lost

9.     Set ground rules loveingly with difficult relatives ahead of gatherings

10.   If you’re unable to spend physical time with loved ones, stay close virtually.
