It is important to recognize that everyone has gifts and that no one be perceived as “less than”. As an educator, it is important to me to focus on ability, rather than the “dis”, as in “dis”-ability. Being in the field of Special Education, I have learned to maintain high expectations of all students, challenge them to go a bit farther than they thought possible, focus on what students can do rather than on what they can’t, and bring this awareness to others.
~ What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?
I was part of a dynamic advisory
board who brought Best Buddies to
our area. This organization pairs people
with intellectual/development disabilities
with their same-age typically developing
peers in an effort to promote one-to-
one friendship. I am a proponent of and
try every day to model kindness, respect,
and compassion towards everyone.
~ Describe something our readers
can look forward to discovering in
your book, Fly!:
One of my favorite things about
FLY! is that so much more is said
than what is actually written. There are
many literal and figurative elements
throughout this short, sweet book.
~ What are 1-3 tips you can give
our reader today to help them
step forward in their life powerfully?

We have worked with clients ranging from the United States Air Force, Twitter, and the Google Headquarters all the way to individuals who just want to be more intentional in their life, increase motivation for themselves and others, or just want some simple structure to make their life easier.
~Describe something our readers today can look forward to discovering in your book, The Intentional Week: See Your Week Differently. Live Your Life Intentionally:
Discovering the value of intentionality as well as how to easily implement it in all areas of your life will make you wonder why it has taken you so long to do this.
It is because the world does everything in its power to distract us from this value but this simple structure makes it impossible for you not to see, experience, and recognize how this will benefit you personally and professionally.
~What are 1-3 tips you can give our readers to help them step forward in life?
1. Plan your life one week at a time. There is a value to the week that we uncover in this selfish in fact its selfless. When you take better care of yourself you become the best version of yourself to your loved ones and people you care about. You are in better mental, physical and emotional health. This allows you to be more balanced, make better choices, and be more resilient.
~Will you share a client success story?
An entrepreneur in Florida said this: "“Seema has taught me to be accountable to myself – a reminder that I deserve the best in life. My work with Seema has been transformative, and I have experienced positive outcomes in all areas of my life: putting myself on the priority list, taking care of myself first has helped me love myself. I can now look in the mirror and love my strengths and weaknesses. This has enabled me to do so much more for my loved ones, my relationships have improved, my business is soaring, I am joyful from within. I have much greater balance in my life now. I can truly say I am no longer on the hamster wheel. Through her gentle, compassionate, and empowering approach, I am more alive today and have the courage to dream and have full faith I can make it a reality. I am very grateful for Seemas’ support and encouragement in achieving that.”

The best form of empowerment for yourself and others is to understand that self-care is not selfish in fact its selfless. When you take better care of yourself you become the best version of yourself to your loved ones and people you care about. You are in better mental, physical and emotional health. This allows you to be more balanced, make better choices, and be more resilient.
Secondly, it’s important to consistently take actions and be focused on your goal to get the visible results you want.
