An executive client approached me for finance and strategy training to make a pivotal business decision that was to determine the company future. I integrate training and coaching for a holistic transformation giving clients tools to determine the root cause of the problem at hand facilitating effective solutioning. Over the course of the transformational journey, the client realized that their belief system about others were hindering the leadership influence, causing undue organizational stress. Understanding the cultural dimensions at play opened the opportunity to be vulnerable, seek collaborative partnerships, and allow the team to find innovative solutions.

Courageously stepping into the arena of life and allowing experiences to polish us with humility and grace is necessary to SHINE.
