Here’s another story from a clients perspective: “I have spent my life, since I can remember, being unhappy about my weight. I was always the fat kid, uncomfortable in shorts and dresses because my thighs rubbed together and gave me a rash. My self-esteem was a fragile thing. For years I went to the gym 6 or 7 days a week to console myself with the thought that I was fat -- and fit. Since discovering Mary’s work, I have been able to finally keep my weight exactly where I want it to be. Your immune system is listening to your thoughts, so be sure your thinking about things that make you feel happy and make your body feel good.

The mind and body cannot be separated into different parts, they work together. Everything you think, feel, and eat is impacting your health for better or worse. To radically change your health, you have to be willing to look at what you eat–and what is “eating” you. Be kind and loving to yourself.
