After a number of years of silence from
Ford, the GT is back on our radar. Other
than the design cues being taken from the
Le Mans winning GT40, a number of
things have changed since it’s predecessor.
Tucked away in the middle of it’s
wheelbase is going to be a 3.5l twin-turbo
V6. Ford, although not having disclosed
any official output figures, says it’ll deliver
600 horses to the rear rubber. The motor
will be mated to a 7-speed DCT box and is
going to be the most powerful EcoBoost in
production.
