Once we ordered, the food arrived steaming hot and in a timely fashion. The famous lasagne, well known around Zambia, lived up to its reputation. I sampled both the beef and the chicken lasagne and they were equally tasty. The pasta dishes were well cooked and both the basil pesto sauce and sauce with anchovies were fresh and tasty. Now, I am personally a very fussy pizza customer. However, if I was not already stuffed with the other dishes, I would definitely have had a third piece of the original Italian pizza topped with Parma ham. This was just one of the many different toppings that we could have chosen. The pizzeria also stocks Italian produce for customers to purchase; when I inquired after one of the products, I was also advised on how best to use it.
