3 cups of flour
5tsp of baking powder
1/2tsp salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 (12oz) can of beer
4 tablespoons of butter, melted
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
What to do:

Combine the flour, baking pwder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Pour in the beer, stirring it to blend.
Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, ¾ full.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle the cheese in.
Bake at 190 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until they’re nicely browned.
