When did you first become interested in art? Where do you get ideas for your art? I had an amazing Art teacher during my IGCSE’s, and I also took it at higher level Art in the IB programme, but I’ve always enjoyed visiting museums and galleries when I travel. I’m fortunate enough to travel a lot – I love taking photos and experiencing new things, and use this for my work. How do you show your work if not in galleries? If you’re drinking apple juice, and it’s warm, it’s not apple juice. What is it? I’ve had my work shown at StArt Foundation’s 37d Gallery and Zebra Crossings at Ababa House. But I’m predominantly a commission based artist. I do site-specific works particular spaces. I also have taken part in competitions, auctions and charity events, and have taken part in a group exhibition in New York and London. I’ve also had the unique opportunity to display my work with Art Below on the London underground tube stations. That’s gross. Oh.. whiskey?! Do you research images, sketch from is I’m life etc? Both, depending on what itare still doing. Some commissions life, and some require research. 44 45
