Couscous is a great, filling alternative to pasta and is full of
nutrients that your body needs.
There are plenty of options to
play around with to get the flavours you want!
The rule for perfect couscous is
equal parts couscous and boiling
water. One full mug of couscous
will give you two decent sized
lunch portions. Pour the couscous into a bowl and then add
one mug full of boiling water
to the grains. Cover with a plate
and leave for 5 minutes. When
ready, separate

either a small knob of butter or a
drizzle of olive oil to moisten.
