Also, if you have other problems such a lung disease, diabetes, heart disease you may need to see a doctor sooner, and also check if it is safe to take other medicines on top of your regular ones. You must also be more careful with babies and small children, and older frail people. If they have a high fever, stop eating and drinking or are unusually lethargic or confused, you need to speak to a doctor, it may be more than just a cold. 28
