With names like "Bull Trout Stout" and "Headwaters Hefe" it’s not hard to see the influence of the outdoors and fly fishing in particular on this central Oregon establishment. Owner Trevor Hawman said that the names weren’t really about fly fishing per se but more "to pay homage to the Central Oregon culture and environment". Both of those things should be paid homage to indeed. You won’t find them at Wal-Mart, Trader Joes, or Costco but if you’re in central Oregon go over to Bend's Northeast side and find the little brewery with the fishy name, you will be glad you did.
