You don’t hear too many people taking about Aquaponics in parking lots around Zimbabwe… or anywhere for that matter. So the man, Martin, introduced himself and went on to tell Jason and Brenda that he knew quite a bit about Aquaponics farming himself. In fact, he happens to be an Aquaponics instructor in South Africa and runs a training school there. Well naturally this peaked Jason and Brenda’s interest so they told him that they work for an organization called the Fly Fishing Collaborative that builds farms for safe-homes around the world. Martin laughed and excitedly asked, “You Fly Fish? So do I! Actually, I’m the chairman of the East Cape Fly Club of South Africa.” At that point it was clear to Jason and Brenda that they were supposed to meet this guy. Where else on this planet can you find someone else that shares the two passions of Fly Fishing and Aquaponics… In a parking lot in Zimbabwe, I guess!
