Those who wait upon the Lord (wait for him, act only with him, and who intertwine their lives with
his life) shall renew their strength (become energised with his power, might, capacity, holiness and
authority). They shall rise up as on the wings of an eagle. (Carried by the Spirit, they will soar to new
heights in the heavenly realms and experience extraordinary levels of intimate worship, divine fellowship,
revelation, intercession and supernatural rest). When they run with God they will never get tired, and,
when they walk with him, they will just keep on going forward without a thought of ever stopping.
