ministry to 14-17 MY CHANGED MIND M y name is Divora. I thank God for the support system he has provided and the amazing opportunities he has given me that all led up to who I am today. This time last year I was really being a ‘part time’ Christian. I only started to acknowledge this when one day Andrew took a couple of us to feed the homeless. This really changed how I began to think, I was suddenly aware of how spoiled I was. This was a quite a big turnaround for me and I started to go church with the correct intentions to worship God and not just to see my friends. This continued during the summer when I volunteered in the KT offices at Summit House. SUNDAY GATHERING I had the privilege of working behind the scenes with the NuGen administration team to organise the Wales youth camp that we had in August. I feel from that experience alone that I now really understand the time and effort required to plan out these amazing trips - which previously I had taken for granted. From then on I was exposed to so many God-fearing people that I really looked up to and that really sparked a sense of desire for God because I knew that in order to be like them I needed Christ to work in me. I thank God for what he has done in my life this year and the purpose in the rest of my life, he has for me.
