Saturday 13 May
9.30am – 1pm
As women we are often busy with all
the demands of life and many of us do
not make our own health a priority.
Putting yourself last is easy to do:
the clothes need ironing; a friend
needs relationship advice; your
assignment is due; a family member
needs help moving house; the kids
have an appointment; you need to
stay back at the office to finish a pile
of paperwork... Sound familiar?
When you are so focused on taking
care of others, who takes care of you?
We need to prioritise our own health
to become more productive in our
lives. When you feel good physically,
mentally, emotionally & spiritually you
are able to bring more to what you do.
At this Women’s Health Day, we
want to help you understand and
increase your awareness on the
different topics being covered in a
series of workshops:
Mental health
Nutrition & fitness
Public health
Sexual health
Rheumatology
Tea, coffee & croissants will
be served in the morning and we
will finish in time for lunch.
Invite your friends so we can learn
to take care of ourselves as well as
others. Women of all ages welcome!
Let’s work toward being your
healthiest you. Look forward to
seeing you there!
