20:20 VISION: “MATURE” Whether a new believer or a seasoned Christian leader, maturing in the Kingdom of God is the highest concern of the hour. Over the next four years: • We see you developing the incredible potential that God has placed inside you and releasing it for the good of his Kingdom. • We see you encouraged, taught and trained to become an effective disciple of Christ in London. • We see you in a strong nurturing community with other KTLCC people joining together to see each other succeed and progress in life. • We see you serving and helping others to fulfil their God potential too! GROWTH IN SPIRITUAL MATURITY: BY THE END OF THE YEAR 2020, WE WANT TO SEE 90% OF OUR PEOPLE ACTIVE IN CELL GROUP MEMBERSHIP GROWING AS DISCIPLES AND DISCIPLE-MAKERS FOR CHRIST B efore we look at the other aspects of growth we must first consider our own spiritual growth. How am I doing spiritually? Some feel awkward when faced with that question. After all, how can we measure spiritual growth? The goal we have adopted is expressed in terms of cell membership. This makes good sense because in the cell groups we form the kind of relationships in which spiritual growth becomes visible. One fruitful way of approaching this is to ask one another the kind of questions which help discern our spiritual growth. • Is there evidence of spiritual progression in your life? • Has there been some movement forward in key areas? • Are you growing in your relationship with the Lord?
