• You have made a very significant step in being a disciple of Jesus by being part of a cell group . The important thing now is to ensure that you work with your cell leader to be fully engaged and active in all aspects of cell life in order to progress successfully in your Christian journey .
• Your cell leader be helping you prepare for the next stage of personal spiritual growth by planning with you your next personal steps on what we call ‘ the ladder of Success ’ – Everyone has a next step to take on their journey and your cell leader will talk you through what that means for you ( if they haven ’ t already done so ).
• If for some reason your current cell is not working out for you practically due to time , location , or another reason do talk about this with your cell leader . KT Pastoral staff members and our after service Welcome Team are also available for advice in this matter . If finding a cell that works for you means finding you another more appropriate cell group that isn ’ t a problem at all . Just ask .
