For a vision to truly live up to its name it needs first to be heard and understood , then embraced , and finally to take root in the heart of the hearer . All too often a dynamic opportunity , event or programme is described and people ’ s hearts leap with excitement – only for it to be washed away as the next tide brings with it a different set of stirring possibilities .

Don ’ t misunderstand this , there has never been a more exciting time to be a Christian as so many of
God ’ s people worldwide are active in following the vision that he has given them , determined to see his Kingdom come on earth .
Our mission statement at Kensington Temple London City Church is London and the world for Christ . For a decade in the 1990 ’ s we were looking into the best way to engage every member of the congregation in this desire .
