A trip to the past
My grandmother was born in Chihuahua in 1965. At the age of 15 years old she moved to Mexico city to study music. My grandfather was born in Mexico city, when he was 20 years old he made a mini square and also he studied in Bellas Artes where he met my grandmother. Thay had two children.
My grandfather said that the theaters before were more popular than now. The cinemas in the past, were in worse conditions than now. He also told me that in his time it was better to use letters than cellphones. Now is better because the cellphones are more practical than letters. He also said that the newspaper were more useful than now. When my grandmother and I were in the car she told me that people in the past used to walk more than now.
My grandparents told me that cars in the past were slower than now.
One day we wanted eat at a restaurant, my grandparents told me that before the restaurants were in worse conditions than now. Food now has better care than before, while we were eating, there was a football game on TV. They told me that before sports with animals were more famous than now and my grandmother told me that before it was easier to bet than now.
Then, they putt he radio in the car and told me that the music in the past was slower than now. My grandparents show me “The Beatles” on the radio and told me that the music was more instrumental than now.
In conclusión, the lifestyle of my grandparents in the past didn´t have many facilities in everyday life and now we can find everything on a cellphone and there are better conditions in some aspects such as food and we can any that in the present life.
