Enrique, among many activities, became Deputy Director at Rigolleau SA glassworks. He participated in the Catholic Action and the Christian Family Movement. Together wot other businessmen, he was a part of the organization of assistance to post-war Europe, promoted in 1946 by the Argentine Episcopate, responding to the call of Pope Pius XII. He aims to create an organization “for the businessman to be more Christian”.

With the incentive of Canon Cadjin he founded the current Christian Association of Business Leaders (ACDE) in 1952 and promote the entry to UNIAPAC (International Christian Union of Company Leaders) through intense evangelizing action in the country and Latin America.

He participated in congresses in 1957, gave lectures, edited publications, wrote his diary and some still unpublished manuscripts.

He become treasurer of the first Board of Directors in the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina (UCA) and participate in the foundation of the Serra Club.
