Enrique is a business leader, he believed "there are three duties that should be highlighted the most: service, progress and human ascension"

a) SERVICE: Esteban Woca affirms that Enrique sought to serve the others, always asking what he needed and looking for his family. In his presence the employee felt a deep peace, security and worked at ease. Enrique noted in his folder No. 6: "He who approaches another to have something… to get something out of the other, will never know how to help them to be more, which is the most authentic manifestation of love."

b) PROGRESS: By virtue of the biblical mandate to dominate the earth and the parable of the talents. Shaw took care of training with the latest technical advances to increase production, reduce fatigue of workers and save time in production activity. Thus, the employee Piccinini traveled to the USA on three occasions to train in laboratory area. In one of the plants the first fluorescent tubes were produced.

c) HUMAN ASCENSION: “The company leader must consider each of his human collaborators as a “possible” to whom facilitate the realization and help them find and extract the best that they have from themselves. The "climate" of the company must be such that it contributes to the rise of humans and offer them the best opportunities for they development through work. The company leader must facilitate all possible freedom so that each one is the owner of their acts and can express their personality” (Shaw, 2010: 23-24).
