pubálgica . Ainda não existem estudos que avaliem a eficácia de programas de prevenção secundária na síndrome pubálgica . A intervenção deve focar-se na implementar dos programas de prevenção primária discutidos acima , com especial ênfase no Copenhagen adduction exercise para o fortalecimento dos músculos adutores e na correção de défices funcionais . O uso de calções de compressão direcionado para os músculos adutores poderá servir como uma abordagem adicional de prevenção secundária , uma vez que consegue reduzir a ativação dos músculos adutores . No entanto , os efeitos desta intervenção são baseados em apenas um estudo , com amostra pequena , e deverá ser considerada com precaução pois a evidência é fraca .
Conclusão
A síndrome pubálgica é uma entidade clínica frequente em atletas e , por isso , todos os profissionais de saúde que atuam no âmbito da medicina desportiva devem conhecer os aspetos importantes desta entidade clínica para prevenir , diagnosticar e tratar a síndrome pubálgica . Em edições anteriores 40-42 abordamos a etiologia , a avaliação clínica e o exame imagiológico . Nesta última edição ( parte 4 ) focamos a avaliação biomecânica , o a prevenção e o tratamento . Estas dimensões são cruciais para o a retoma desportiva e para reduzir a taxa de recidivas . Estas quatro edições , em conjunto , resumem que o profissional de saúde deve saber para melhor compreender , diagnosticar , tratar e prevenir a síndrome pubálgica .
