Conclusão
A introdução de um programa de reabilitação pré-operatória , o condicionamento adequado do atleta ao esforço e às exigências da modalidade e a intervenção cognitivo-comportamental são elementos importantes para melhorar o prognóstico funcional após ligamentoplastia do LCA . Neste particular , importa entender a cinesiofobia como um fator de risco modificável que deve ser precocemente identificado e tratado . Concluímos , referindo a necessidade de se poder assegurar todas as condições para conseguir uma retoma desportiva em segurança e aumentar o número de atletas que possa adquirir o nível competitivo pré-lesional .
