Colegio Calasancias Pontevedra
April 2nd it was such an important day in our lives.

After eating and talking a little with the lady, we went to our room. There we could talk with the rest of our friends because we could use WhatsApp. We saw a lot of things, Big Ben, London Bridge, The Tower of London, the Natural History Museum, Harrods, Camden Town… It’s a pity we couldn’t go up the London Eye. The queue was huge! The tube rides were all an adventure: Some of us got lost, others got trapped inside,… but we all survived the rush hour. The last day, on April 6th, our “families” took us to the meeting point. There a bus drove us to the airport. At Gatwick, we ate and waited our plane. When we got on the plane, the nervous were less, because all we had flown before. On our flight back home we were a bit sad, because we had really enjoyed our trip to London. I will never forget this journey where we visited lots of places, practised our English and had a very good time with our friends. Patricia Cortegoso Xavier. 4ºESO B
WE WERE GOING TO LONDON ON OUR SCHOOL TRIP!!!!! We met at school. We were very nervous and excited. We said goodbye to our families and went to the airport. For some of us it was our first flight, so we were very excited. When we arrived in London we picked up our luggage and we met Paul, our guide, who explain us what we were going to do every day. A bus took us to Ealing, where our “families” were waiting for us. Each one went home with his partner, and there, in the house, we had the first big experience: dinner at 19:30 hours. This first meal was a disaster, but it got better and better as days passed.
