In all the years that I have lived in our community, I have been able to find people who are really dedicated to fighting for democracy, I have identified myself with the democratic cause, it is essential to fight for the sovereignty of the people.
But it is no use fighting for what we do not even know what it is, many people; for example, republican pension and democracy
They are the same when they are not.
However, it is easy to distinguish one from the other; the republic is for the people and democracy for the people.
That is, in the republic you elect someone to work for the people, while democracy is something much greater, encompasses not only the republican principle, but also much greater principles, a democracy is built by the people, the people decide as they want live, what their laws will be, how they spent public money, among other things essential for life in society.
As a Democrat I defend day by day these principles, it is necessary that the people work for the people, so that we have a strong society.
