Summer Day Camp Day Camp operates during the months of July and August. It provides opportunities for children age 6 to 11 to have a fun and meaningful summer. Children will participate in a variety of activities related to the weekly theme such as water week or science week.

General Support Programs
Counselling Counselling services provided at Community Connections include screening and assessment. Our therapeutic support is available for individuals, couples, families, and groups. The topics of conversation and exploration are as varied as our clients’ lives. Some of the commonly expressed concerns include experiences of:
depression, anxiety, panic, loss, worry, anger, stress, abuse, conflict, self-doubt, disordered eating, worthlessness, perfection standards, and difficult transitions.

Food Connect( Food Recovery Program) Provides perishable food to families in an effort to increase Revelstoke’ s food security and decrease our environmental impact of throwing out food in the garbage. Surplus foods( close to or at its best before date, overstocked, mislabeled, cosmetically unappealing) are donated from food retailers and farms. Once assessed for safety, these foods are directed through our programs and our community agencies that provide meals and food for community members. Families can access Food Connect through our family support programs, through referral from our organization, or on our public pickup days:
� Mondays- 11:00-12:30 pm: Only available to PACT participants
� Tuesdays- 11:00-1:00 pm: Only available to B & B participants
� Wednesdays- 12:00-1 pm: Public Food Pickup for Families with children and Seniors( over 60)
