Rethinking Resuscitation
Resuscitation education is an area that has remained virtually unchanged for decades and has relied heavily on classroom instruction in which content from organization-to-organization is inconsistent . It is difficult to teach critical skills in a classroom setting , like decision-making and problem solving in high stress environments . The pandemic has added other obstacles to the mix , including the need for change in education and intensifying the focus on care provider safety .
