retail stores with the ability to match online
stores in understanding the customer
behaviour in the form of shopper count,
shopper demographics, interest on store
offerings, dwell time and zone coverage.
IttiamInsite uses computer vision and deep
learning technologies to deliver these insights
which are otherwise not possible to gather by
merely analysing the transaction data of store

Instagram launches payments function
PHOTO and video-sharing social
networking service Instagram
recently added a native payments
feature for selected users, according
to media reports. As part of their
profile, consumers can register a
debit or credit card and set up a
security pin to make purchases with
the new in-app function.
Native payments on Instagram
is currently available for booking
service appointments and
restaurant reservations for limited
businesses. It is uncertain whether
the feature will be extended
