Are you an experienced Head of HR with a passion for colleague development and a proven track record in driving management capability and leadership within a multisite retail environment ? Our client , an international retail chain , needs a proactive and innovative HR leader to coach and support the business through a period of significant cultural change .
Leading a team of 12 , and partnering with the MD and the senior leadership team , you will enable managers and senior store managers to drive performance and employee engagement across all divisions . Although a traditional generalist role covering all areas of HR , you will also have specialist knowledge within employee relations and will have extensive tribunal experience .
Demanding , enthusiastic and tenacious , you will engage the line at all levels and support the business transformation in a positive manner through innovative and creative solutions to improve the colleague experience .

We are looking for a candidate with previous wholesale sales experience who can come in and demonstrate best wholesale practice to this ladieswear fashion brand . The main focus for the role will be to bring on new online accounts . Current accounts include Zalando , Very and House Of Fraser . Applicants must have relevant contacts with key accounts .
Relationship building is a huge aspect of this role and the successful candidate will have proven relationship skills and be a great advocate for selling the brand . Managing a team of 3 , strong people management skills are essential .
