A truly global sporting brand, Arsenal Football Club is

successful development of the club’s stadium tour and museum
offering as a ‘best in class’ tourist attraction is no exception.
The club is currently seeking exceptional tour and museum hosts
to be available to work on weekdays, weekends, peak periods
and matchdays on a casual basis at the Emirates Stadium. You
will support the senior leadership team and operate as an
ambassador for the club and provide best in class customer
service in order to enhance the customer and fan experience.

The stadium tour is predominantly an audio tour in nine different
languages and allows guests into a variety of exciting
backstage areas, completing their visit with a trip to the Arsenal
museum. This role will involve being part of the guest journey
from start to finish, bringing to life Arsenal’s informative years
right through to the modern era. This will include working along
the tour route in the Emirates Stadium, supporting our ex-
football legends, selling tickets from inside our Armoury store,
delivering guided tours on matchdays, working in the Arsenal
museum and going above and beyond with excellent customer
service.

Senior Retail Operations Manager
£70,000-75,000 plus benefits > London
We are working with a successful international business, currently expanding its portfolio of stores in the UK. As a result, they are looking
to introduce a new head office department to support this growth.
The Senior Retail Operations Manager will be the main liaison between head office and stores and, as such, will be responsible for
communications between these two areas. This role will head up several departments including facilities, loss prevention, IT support and
omni-channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for many projects that will be rolled out to stores this year.
They are looking for someone with a similar background within a senior retail operations role within a retail head office. You must have
excellent communication skills as well as the ability to manage a diverse team. Project management experience is key, as well as prior
involvement in setting up successful processes and systems within a retail business. SAP retail and Oracle exposure is preferable but not
essential.
