And yes, you’ll need to get the iron out.” Give eye contact and a smile Question time “When talking to the interviewer, make sure you look at them. Eye contact conveys confidence. Just don’t stare. And make sure you smile – it automatically gives a positive vibe.” “Prepare answers to the most likely questions, and also some you want to ask the employer.
