Charlotte Geraty Main, a native of the Lowcountry, originally from Edisto Island, SC, has over a decade
in real estate sales – both in general brokerage and developer sales – and has received numerous sales
achievement awards in addition to being a multi-million dollar producer. Prior to real estate, Charlotte
spent over 20 years in the sales and marketing field, holding positions of VP of Sales and Marketing with
Professional Employer Group and Exec. Director with Interim on Premise. Charlotte’s passion in real
estate is assisting her customers with realizing their dream of owning the perfect home and enjoying a
rewarding and active lifestyle. An animal lover, Charlotte lives in Bluffton with her dog, Edisto.

Drawn to the allure of the Lowcountry, Ryan made the 12-hour trek south from Pennsylvania for the last
time. As a veteran marathoner and Ironman triathlete, Ryan quickly became rooted in the community.
Specializing in Bluffton’s new and resale communities, Ryan has streamlined the out-of-town buyer
experience with thorough video home tours, and detailed personal walkthroughs. A Valley Forge Military
Academy alumni, and graduate of the University of Mary Washington, Ryan and his wife, Maggie, enjoy
running, cycling and local events. In 2016, they were blessed with twin sons, Ben and Luke, and enjoy
their oldest son, Jack, who makes for a great big brother! Ryan’s competitive spirit and dedication to service
has proven to enhance the home buying and selling process.

Joan Weaver - Hilton Head Specialist | REALTOR®
Originally from Macon, Georgia, Joan graduated from the University of Georgia then moved to Hilton
Head and worked in retail sales and marketing for over 20 years. In 2005, she made the leap into real
estate with Collins Group Realty as a Buyer’s Specialist. A career in real estate affords her the opportunity
to meet new people, listen to their needs and help them find them the perfect property! Not only is
she passionate about assisting her clients, but she is also very involved in the community, including
volunteering with Meals on Wheels, community service and special events committees with the local
realtors association and First Presbyterian Church. Her interests outside of work include traveling, playing
tennis, and enjoying the water. She and her husband, Charlie, and their dog, Dooley, are avid boaters.
Bill Weis - Mainland Specialist | REALTOR®
Having experienced the beauty of Hilton Head Island as a vacation destination for many years as a child,
Bill moved here in 1989 from Columbus, Ohio. A recent graduate of The Ohio State University, he
worked in the field of property management and long-term rentals for 12 years. In 2001, Bill ventured
into real estate developer sales where he was a top-producing agent for a national builder. Bill made the
switch into general real estate in 2007, joining Collins Group Realty. Bill is a Bluffton resident and enjoys
an active lifestyle of cycling, jogging and spending time with his wife and their three boys. He looks
forward to putting his energy, marketing skills and integrity to work for each and every client.
