It includes every step from building the space, getting the proper licenses, all the way to the daily operations within the restaurant. You do not need to go and open a restaurant in Xizhou right after reading this book, but rather it is intended to give you a better understanding how it is done in Xizhou. You can get what you need out of this book, and reference certain parts of it later whe n they are needed. It is recommended that you do not read the entire book in one sitting, but take a bit of time to process things, and if you are using this book as an instruction manual, to do them. How to Use This Book You can reference certain parts of the book later when needed. This font means you are reading a chapter heading. Whenever I present a website address, I show it this way: www.sasmicrocampus.org My Topic I chose this topic because I love food, but so many people had already come to Microcampus to study the topic of food. Of course, I could pick a new dish. A dish unexplored by any Microcampus student before me, but I felt that I wanted to do something new, or be a "trailblazer" to use Microcampus lingo. Combining food and transportation, two topics that I enjoy, I signed up to study food distribution. As soon as I got to the village, I found out that it is not really a topic that people think much about here. Aside from the deliveries that come maybe once a week, I did not have much to work on. I made the topic a bit broader and decided to study restaurants. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, so I saw a lot of possible information.
