David is available to quantify business and share valuations for shareholder disputes including assessing minority interests and illiquid parcels of shares. He has prepared affidavits for the High Court, been involved in friendly and hostile takeovers and can offer fair value determinations.
He is a registered business valuer in new zealand, an accredited appraiser in the USA and a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in the UK. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
