By Zahid H Javali hen 40-year-old Rahul Mahajan isn’t working for GenNx 360, a private equity firm, he is working away as the president of Nagarjuna Greenridge Apartment Owners’ Association in Sector 2. Rahul came to HSR eight years ago from his rented home in Jayanagar and has been part of the core committee for the last five years. He is happy to be working in the apartment’s committee of eleven members who are all “very active”.
