A proven track record In November 2016 we helped 17 home owners in Centurion in steps to cancel their building contracts . They had been forced by the builder to move in before transfer , so the builder could get occupational rent , but the units were very poorly built . We did 17 snag list inspections and the contractor refused to repair the items . Despite repeated attempts , the contractor also refused our team access to the site . We assisted our clients in sending snag lists to the banks ’ chief valuators . After doing their own inspections , all the banks agreed that workmanship on the buildings was so poor , financing would be withdrawn . The builder had no choice but to refund our clients , allowing them to move on to better homes .
