Homes
There are two housing options available,
offering a selection of freehold ownership as
well as sectional title opportunities. Homes
in the Riverview area are positioned on the
banks of the Crocodile River, while stands in
the Bushland areas offer denser vegetation
and a more intimate Big 5 experience. At
present, there are 35 completed homes, with
a further 12 under construction. Homes vary
in size, from 350m2 to 1200m2.
Twenty-one timeshare units are operational
as well as the Mjejane River Lodge, which
offers 16 rooms of accommodation. Mjejane’s
final phase, Kingsland, has just been released
and offers freehold stands for a privileged
few to enjoy panoramic Crocodile River and
