1.The Association of Residential Communities
(ARC) has been in existence for over 5 years
now and has 11 Founder Members, 10 Chapters
around the country and over 300 Member
Estates, which are home to over 100 000
residents and represent 48% of the market in
respect to the number of homes.
2. ARC has researched, developed and sourced
over 400 best practice resources covering all
disciplines of residential community management
and leadership.
3. ARC conducts an annual industry- wide survey
where all possible residential community statistics
are available for residential estate benchmarking
purposes.
4. ARC has developed strategic partnerships with
residential community experts across various
areas of residential community management,
and these are all available to ARC members.
5. The ARC website attracts over 50 000 hits
per month, with 2 000 unique visitors, our portal
has regular newsletter
