• Access to the estate is controlled by means of
access cards. Visitors to the estate are required
to present their driver’s license to security on
entering the estate. Access is only granted
once authorisation has been obtained from the
legal occupier of a property.
• A state-of-the-art control room which is
manned 24/7 is in operation on the estate and
monitors all alarm activity, access violations and
other security functions.
