The ARC members who completed the latest industry-wide survey have an average of 427.5 free-title units and 209.3 sectional-title units .
These members have an average of R10,943,489.44 in their reserve funds , which equates to an average of 60 % of their annual operating budget .
These members collect on average R2,778.06 per unit per month in levies , which is an average increase of a little over R150 from the previous survey conducted .
These members split their operating budget into the line items shown on the diagram opposite .
It is also interesting to note how ARC members structure their service provider contracts .
Finally , it is important to see that ARC members are not large employers , and on average employ just under 30 staff members each .
