Of the hundred survey respondents, over 50% have children’s facilities, a clubhouse and tennis courts available for use by homeowners, along with many more. With all the security, beautiful landscaping and wide variety of amenities our member communities provide, it is easy to look past the fact that there are hardworking management teams and board members who make all this possible.
