Kelly graduated from University of California at Riverside in 1980 and the University of Southern California School of Law in 1983 .

Johan kruger

Johan Kruger , Certified Manager of Community Associations ( CMCA ), Association Management Specialist ( AMS ), Professional Community Association Manager ( PCAM ), is currently the CEO of Associa South Africa , an international management company focusing on residential community management .
Johan graduated from the University of Pretoria and holds a BCom degree in Marketing and Business Economics . His earlier career included facility and events management with the Blue Bulls ( Loftus Versfeld ), Johannesburg Stadium and Sun International .
He started his career in community association management almost 20 years ago at Pecanwood Estate and obtained his PCAM credentials in 2012 . He is currently the Chairman of the
World Congress on Community Association Management , Chairman of the Community Associations Institute of South Africa and a member of the national faculty of the Community Associations Institute ( USA ).
He teaches the following courses : M100 – The Essentials of Community Association Management , M202 – Association Communications , and M203 – Community Leadership . Over the past few years he has regularly attended international conferences and participated in international panels .
Johan has also been part of an International Subject Matter Expert group to assist the Community Association Managers International Certification Board with the development of an international CMCA examination format .

Prof . anthony turton

Anthony Turton holds two professorships : one in the Centre for Environmental Management at the University of the Free State and another as part of the UNESCO Chair in Groundwater Management at the University of the Western Cape . He is a founding director of the Ecological
Engineering Institute of Africa , where he is mainstreaming solutions , most notably with the development of engineered wetlands , a concept that is being patented . His current work is in the mining sector , where he specialises in the development of strategies and technologies to mitigate the risk arising from uranium contamination in Johannesburg and from acid mine drainage
